Cloud Solution Architect: Infrastructure

As the Cloud Solution Architect, you are responsible for: Understanding customers’ overall applications portfolio, IT infrastructure, and business priorities to design Cloud architectures and solutions based on the inhouse Cloud product and solution capabilities. Providing technical leadership in the architecture, design, implementation, and support of large-scale, highly distributed applications. Overseeing Cloud Migration and Delivery projects, participating actively, and guaranteeing successful project completions. Ensuring all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment. Collaborating with relevant functions such as Sales, Research & Development (R&D), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to provide continuous operation support for customers.

Skills and Experience Required:
As a successful applicant:

  • You will have a Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience working with consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects,
  • Proven track record of engaging in technical discussions with Senior IT Executives in strategic accounts.
  • Enterprise-scale technical experience with both cloud and hybrid infrastructures, coupled with a deep understanding of large-scale application portfolios in enterprise environments.
  • You will have working experience with Cloud Application Development Solutions (PaaS / APIs), Container Orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD technologies, and backed by a strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (C#, Java, Python, etc).
  • Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment.
  • Develop deep relationships with key customer IT decision-makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer; Share insights and best practices, and connect with Engineering teams to remove key blockers.
  • Assess the Customers’ knowledge on a cloud platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan.
  • Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community.

Sales Executive- Cloud

The Cloud Sales Executive engages new and existing portfolio customers to build, identify, drive, orchestrate and closes opportunities that produce transformative business outcomes. They drive Digital Transformation business opportunities for our Enterprise clients leading to multi-year managed services deals for managed cloud services. Using relationship, value and solution selling methodologies, they partner with our product teams, client facing units, technical and presale team to identify, qualify, engage and drives the opportunities to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer’s businesses, and identify influencers and decision-makers within a customer organization in Enterprise Sales. Focus on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives through Cloud as an IT Transformation initiative. Engage effectively across all levels in a customer’s organization to include all C-level executives on the Cloud and Managed Services Upon qualification, develop a meticulous pursuit plan to progress the opportunity to closure. Prepare and deliver high impact sales presentations and proposals. Ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction levels with every Customer engagement.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Orchestrating different stakeholders among various business units within the company – Client Facing Units. Products, Technical Pre-Sales and Delivery)
  • Ability to develop client business case and/or base case
  • Ability to distinguish various roles such as evaluators, influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers within the client organization
  • Ability to understand client evaluation and approval process
